After Francis a moderate/centrist was almost assured, though I'm shocked it was Prevost. We'll see if he is truly a centrist or if Paroln has his hand on him as well.

I believe Marco has done that for the most part by cutting off most of the USAID funding.

Disappointing. He’s liberal on the major issues, and has a history of covering up sexual abuse cases. He’s a Francis guy through and through. Surprised everyone is upvoting it, he’s a poor choice that will continue the disgraceful internal culture in the central Catholic Church
