Trump was the first person in decades to think/say "America first?"

It’s a lot more than just thinking or saying it, baw. It’s actually putting Americans and American interests first when dealing with the world. It’s taking steps to preserve American companies and manufacturers. It’s taking steps to not involve the US in conflicts that get our young people killed. It’s not allowing the American taxpayer to be taken advantage of with shitty trade deals and being fleeced by the climate change fraudsters. I can go on, but you stopped reading a while back. Suffice it to say, it’s doing all those things the Republican Party has been saying for decades, while stabbing us in the back.

Give Biden two more years of destroying this country, then hell yeah, Trump will look a lot better then than he does now.

In 2 years, nothing you posted is going to happen.

That was easy.

The 2 best Republican candidates for President in the last half century. Figures you'd hate them both. You've become the Nicole Wallace of this board. Congrats cuck.

For pointing out they are very different other than being anti establishment? Okay, cuck

And you think Trump is the only guy that’s held these beliefs in decades? Weird.

And you can’t hold these beliefs in a genuine way unless you support Trump? Weirder yet.

Moreover, I think you describe Trump within reason for the first three years of his term. But in his 4th year, he put big pharma, big medicine, big government, etc. first, and everyday Americans down the list somewhere.

If they throw another RINO globalist up as the nominee, than yeah we have learned nothing. Split the vote and burn this crap to the ground. We will have proven we don’t deserve to keep this republic.

If Trump is finished, then the GOP is finished. The problem isn't Trump. It's the globalist printing-press whores running the GOP who don't care if they win or lose, as long as they have access to the money to pay their lobby friends.

I don't know about "new MAGA". I am MAGA AF and am praying that our real President returns to the White House.

Pretermitting the remainder of your angry vituperation, I like Trump only to the extent he can oust the Bolsheviks and restore the rule of written law. And not get us into wars. Same goes for any politician or jurist. Why is this difficult?

Let me know how that works out for you in future elections. Trump is finished.

Over 90% of this board voted they'd support DeSantis if he were the nominee.

So much for your theory.

Edit: More posters voted they wouldn't vote for Trump if he won the nomination verses DeSantis.

Seems your thoughts apply to never Trumpers more than "New MAGA"...

Trump wins primary, he is too hated by moderates and wine moms to get a majority now. Demos win and Trump bitches and moans with a dozen lawsuits that go nowhere. - DeSantis wins primary, and the 20-25% of New MAGA who follow a man and not a cause will stay home. Democrats win again.

This.

The only chance we have is Desantis running and Trump dropping early.

That won’t happen.

We have Biden or worse for four years.

Trump single-handedly will deliver codifying Roe, a left leaning Court, social engineering and more.

I’ll never vote for Trump again. He is a incompetent, ineffective clown.

I’ll just not vote if he miraculously got the nod

He's the only politician who paid more than lip service to those beliefs in decades. We've been buying bullshite from the republican party for 40 years. In those 40 years, 20-40 million criminal illegals have walked across our border. Social programs have blown up exponentially. Our manufacturing base has been eradicated in favor of exploiting the slave labor in China. The media and academia and the medical profession have been weaponized against liberty loving Americans. And we are now in the process of allowing the demented and perverted to influence children more than their own parents. Republicans don't get a pass on all of that. They have been part and parcel to it, by not doing what is right for Americans and making these things hills to die on, regardless of what the media says about them and which parties they get invited to.

Sure, you can hold them. You can put them in a death grip while republicans sell your arse right down the river. Supporting politicians who say one thing and do another are why we are where we are.

So Trump is the only president in my lifetime that has shown actual results of what he said he would do and people like you are ready to just move on. People in this nation are so easily manipulated that it’s no wonder that we are in the shape we are in!
