New MAGA seems to be more about purity of support of Trump than anything else.

But of course, not about actually securing elections. Mostly just a bunch of 'old man yells at cloud'.

Let me know how that works out for you in future elections. Trump is finished.

You seem upset. Nothing to fear if Desantis is gonna beat him in the primary right?

There is no MAGA without Trump. Neither republicans nor democrats gave one thought to putting America and Americans first. Not for decades. So if you think you are MAGA but don't support Trump, you probably aren't.

I was one of the very first on this board to push Trump. But here's the way things will go in 2024:

Trump will run, if DeSantis challenges, but, whoever wins that primary will lose.

- Trump wins primary, he is too hated by moderates and wine moms to get a majority now. Demos win and Trump bitches and moans with a dozen lawsuits that go nowhere.
- DeSantis wins primary, and the 20-25% of New MAGA who follow a man and not a cause will stay home. Democrats win again.

Thanks Trump.

No, it is about getting rid of the uniparty. Trump is for that too.

He sure did a lot of that in 2016-2020 didn't he? He hurt them so bad, he didn't even slow down their money train.

It's a problem that this isn't a sure thing. Conservatives should be flocking to DeSantis, but they're afraid to have their loyalty challenged.

He sure did. Why do you think they fabricated charges to impeach him on? was it because he was no threat to them?

No, it's about seeing through the BS and the establishment control of the party and electorate. At this point, I think I hate the GOP Deep State establishment as much as the Democrats. They can both frick off. I'll vote for Desantis if it means him or a Democrat but I'm not going to support another establishment Republican again. I just won't vote. I'm done being manipulated into voting for establishment shills. They can go suck Mitch the Turtle and Dick Cheney's old shriveled up cocks. I'm not. I'm not going to keep voting when it doesn't matter and they're just going to install whoever they want as president regardless of polling, votes etc.

MAGA has always been about policies. Repeating a line muttered by idiots trying to justify their overly emotional response to Trump doesn't change that.

If DeSantis lets the GOPe coopt him, the democrats win even if they lose.

Thanks Republican Establishment.

Yeah, bunch of weirdos on here demanding personal loyalty to a guy who will never win another general election because more than half the country straight up hate his guts, and you are some kind of apostate if you realize that. They would rather have president Gavin Newsome than president Ron Desantis if they can't have trump. Bunch of retards quite frankly

From what I'm seeing and hearing all the coolest people (me, Tom Brady, Lucian Wintrich) are now MAF AF and are no longer meming about Trump. Sad if true!

MAGA is arguably a cultural movement led by culture warriors.

Purity is kind of the name of the game for cultural revolutions.

Is putting 100% establishment Republican candidates back in government “securing elections”, or is it just optics?
