New Emails from Strokz show 302s never writen on HRC

oh they were certainly written, its SOP, and then they were immediately destroyed and the interviewers were instructed to say, and if need be swear under oath, that they never wrote them.

That’s where you have to get one of them to flip and acknowledge they were destroyed.
I’ve always said there will be no criminal conspiracy/sedition unless someone flips. They will swear negligence and get slapped on the wrist.

FBI wasn't allowed to raid the clinton home, they were never turned over the server, or the smashed blackberries (former agents state that they take possession of devices even if burned), the mexi maid that had access to the server was never questioned.....THIS IS OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

I don't understand how or why we have ever allowed the FBI to get away with filling out 302's anyway.
Since 302's are summaries of what the FBI agent said you said.
The use of the FD-302 has been criticized as a form of institutionalized perjury due to FBI guidelines that prohibit recordings of interviews. Prominent defense lawyers and former FBI agents have stated that they believe that the method of interviewing by the FBI is designed to expose interviewees to potential perjury or false statement criminal charges when the interviewee is deposed in a grand jury and has to contradict the official record presented by the FBI. They have also stated that perjury by FBI agents allows the FBI to use the leverage of a potential criminal charge to turn an innocent witness into an informant.

I gotta disagree...I am wanting Comey and Brennan to get in/under the clink with the quickness. Strzok as well but those two are so irritating!
