Nothing to see here. Just a simple contract dispute. No standing. Nothing will happen.

I am anxiously awaiting the connection of someone or some information in Durham's investigations to cross over into the 2020 elections fraud. He just needs a small connecting piece of information that opens up this rabbit trail.

'There was no wiretapping.
Thus, Trump was wrong, doesn't know what he's talking about, and therefore is a buffoon ' - MSM, intelligence community, loyal opposition (Dems and GOP alike)

Treason, executions for all in Russian Conspiracy and spying on our President!
Posted on 2/12/22 at 11:03 am to LSU7096
Russiagate makes Watergate look like a goddam high school prank. And yet one of the co-conspirators is POTATUS.*
Because of the corruption in the DOJ and Swamp in general, those swamp frickers doubled-down with the 2020 steal, a crime which itself dwarfs the corruption level of Russiagate.
I'll admit- don't know how much Garland's hands are tied with respect to Durham's probe, but don't expect any big fish to fry. The DOJ will shut Durham down any way they can and in the meantime continue fight the most imminent threats: white supremacy and transphobia.

Yep. Odd coincidence considering how quickly the Ga. Gov and SOS folded on election fraud, even after watching video of perps run 2000 ballots thru a scanner six times at 12 AM.

Watergate on steroids.

Is non-governmental espionage on the President considered treason?
Depending on who the information was given to, it would either be treason or sedition. Most likely it was sedition which carries a max twenty years in prison.

Exactly. It looks like Joffe became part of the cozy swamp in-crowd during the Obama years and landed himself a contract whereby he could access sensitive information of not only candidate Trump but then President Trump.
https://nypost.com/2021/09/30/who-is-rodney-joffe-tech-executive-1-in-durham-indictment/
That he continued to access the Office of the POTUS after Trump had won in order to undermine the government seems a little bit more of a big deal than breaking into the DNC to get I guess donor lists or polling data, but surely doesn't get anywhere close to threat-to-democracy level of grannies taking unauthorized tours of the Capital building.
I guess the one silver lining is that it does appear that Big Beard Durham appears to be following through undetered with probably the biggest and expansive Special Counsel investigations in history at his reputed methodical, snail's pace and is gathering receipts.
Big Beards Matter.

He may be moving at a snails pace but Durham does appear to be uncovering shite. I just hope I’m still alive to see his final report.
He apparently needs Adderall just to psyche himself into dotting a few "i"s and crossing some "t"s.
Durham and his "investigations" have been sandbagged to the heavens.

ETA- read and processed the conflict incorrectly (thanks brunch mimosa!). Sussman former Perkin's Coie, not Latham.
It's about Sussman's lying to the FBI that he was not providing the "white paper," which contained the bogus allegations that the Trump Campaign was colluding with RUSSIA!, a complete fabrication you believed for years (and probably still do), via Alfa Bank, when in fact he was representing the Shitlary campaign.
Sussman at the time of his misrepresentation to the FBI was employed by Perkin's Coie. Latham previously represented PC and Mark Elias “in this investigation.”
Latham likely possesses confidential knowledge about Perkins Coie’s role in, and views concerning, Sussmann’s past activities.
There might also be a conflict because Latham was representing both Shitlary campaign in the Special Counsel’s investigation. Durham observes that Latham’s duties to these former clients “might cause its interests to diverge from those of [Sussmann].”
