In 1961, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that the act did not bar the party from participating in New York's unemployment insurance system.[6]
In the run-up to the 1972 United States presidential election in Arizona, several electors and candidates for the Communist Party U.S.A. attempted to create a new branch of the party within the state, but were refused, with state officials citing both Arizona and Federal law. On July 22, they filed suit, alleging that the statutes constituted bills of attainder, and therefore violated Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution of the United States. Additionally, they claimed that the statutes denied them due process rights under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, and that they violated the Equal Protections Clause and the First Amendment. In 1973, Federal District Judge William Copple ruled that the statutes in question violated the Constitution of the United States and that Arizona could not keep the party off the ballot (Blawis v. Bolin).[7]
On the books but largely unenforceable and illegal.

Asking you to REPEAT predictions. You suggest you already know what is “coming” but you won’t just restate it. Or admit where your knowledge ends.

They want to discuss these events before they happen without having the actual information, but someone who wants to discuss likely potential scenarios of the content of this future speech is somehow violating norms and asking them to do too much. It defies all logic and rationality

Leaves them an open door to pivot and goal post move which has been taking place since 2017.

Listening to Karoline Leavitt's presser, you knew one of these crooked figs in attendance was going to come out with the "Will the President accept the results of this November's elections?!" histrionics.
Never mind that Norm Eisen, Marc Elias, David Axelrod and other flying monkeys are already planning on seeing Dems getting their clocks cleaned at the ballot box and the resulting lawfare attempts to overturn the voters' will...

Exactly. This is why they won't do it.
I went into explicit detail in this thread about their dishonest rhetoric
Refused to discuss these:
quote:
And if all the report does is reference foreign interference and it has no impact on the domestic investigations, you'll admit how wrong you were?
quote:
He'll engage in the kernel of truth fallacy and expand the truth (foreign interference unrelated to the domestic-based CTs) with dishonesty (likely trying to tie the foreign interference into the domestic-based CTs without any actual evidence) and then claim the CT was always right.
And I used a recent example of them doing this dishonesty to show why it's important to get on record now
quote:
The question is what happens if the facts Trump discusses (not his puffery, the facts) are only about foreign interference with no overlap with the domestic-related CTs.
I can't make this more clear.
But I can tell by your reaction, you won't be happy if that's all that happens. That's why I'm asking the questions now, to avoid another "bio lab" scenario where you pull the rug and engage in the kernel of truth fallacy.
Biolab : Foreign Interference :: Bio Weapons Program : Domestic-based election interference.

Of course it was China.
Do so many not actually know that?
Think, why do democrats pretend to be so afraid of Russia and bring it up like the boogie man who’s going to conquer Europe every time despite them not even being able to defeat Ukraine?
Why don’t democrats EVER criticize China? In fact, since they’re so worried about climate change l, why don’t they target China who is the largest polluter in the world in pretty much every fashion.
Why is China the only country that cannot be criticized by anyone from politics to sports?

If the information is just about China accessing voter records, what will be overwhelmed? How?
The cheating (or perception of cheating). The narrative could drive turnout.

Trump can't go into too many details tonight because sadly the American people have the memories of goldfish, but what he doesn't cover in depth you can sure as shite guarantee will be in the prosecuting documents that serve as the evidence for the legal actions that follow.

The cheating (or perception of cheating)
If CBS is anywhere near correct, "cheating" isn't likely to be part of it
quote:
But the assessment notes a "minority view" from the National Intelligence Officer for Cyber, who believed with "moderate confidence" that China did attempt to "undermine" Mr. Trump's reelection bid in 2020, largely through social media and official statements. That official agreed, though, that the Chinese regime didn't try to interfere with "election processes."
quote:
The unredacted portions of the document do not accuse China of trying to manipulate the data or interfere with election processes.
Beyond China, the 2021 National Intelligence Council assessment found that Russia tried to denigrate the Biden campaign and Iran tried to undercut the Trump campaign, but neither country attempted to attack election infrastructure.
The report found "no indications" that any foreign actors attempted to alter voter registrations, the casting of ballots, vote-counting or any other "technical aspect" of the 2020 election process.

He should pull up some slides on "PCAP files" just to tie the whole thing together
