Circular reporting is a fancy way of saying the FBI planted evidence and used their own reporter to help them corroborate said evidence.

So circular reporting and circular information seeding and yet everyone at the FBI and the Special Council are just claiming the mistakes and errors that all flow the same way are just due to careless from being overworked...

or made up a story for a reporter....so that they could then use the story as an "excuse" to start investigating someone.

To bolster the FISA application, they used a Yahoo media report as an independent source. The report only existed because the FBI leaked the story.
This actually happened. And nothing was done about it - I suspect because the leaker is somewhat famous and hired his co-conspirator as council after being fired.
