So I was at a conference last month and one of the sessions dealt with accommodating “neurodivergent” people in the workplace. After about 10 minutes I said “fk this” and read a book on my kindle. But the first ten minutes was about accommodating “neurodivergence” in an office setting. Mainly dealing with ADHD people and people with anxiety, but also involving mild autism as well? I thought to myself, isn’t the solution to the problem not to hire screwed up people in the first place? Why should normal people have to accommodate the abnormal?(kind of a parallel with other national issues). Maybe they’re suited to helping Down syndrome kids sort recycled Mardi Gras beads at Goodwill, but probably not a busy office where mental errors cost money. Am I wrong here? I’d be interested in people’s opinions, as this is not really a well defined left/right issue.

Was this the speaker on before you gave your speech on using AI in the legal field, Jimmy?

It’s definitely yet another protected class the left has created to force behavioral and speech changes from you.

So your solution is to expel people from the workplace so that they can be supported by the government?

Sounds stupid to me

Their main deflection technique is to make it about individuals. You get used to it after a while.

You must be one of the defective brain people. Go back a reread the post. I have it covered. Maybe some other business needs a trash picker upper.

Unfortunately, it seems like almost everyone is 'on the spectrum' these days, especially those in the younger generations. They're everywhere, quickly becoming the definition of the 'new normal.'

I don’t think so. The story of everyone not a die hard MAGA has multiple alters is severely exaggerated.

Why would a guy with a savior complex like him even want an alter? He wants the credit.

Just my opinion. But I think that often the alter claims are unfounded and lazy.

But AI is really good a picking up on speech patterns so…

Your peers are a bunch of brain defected weirdos so that means you probably are as well.

You couldn't even make it through the seminar without picking up your Kindle. Maybe you're one of the ADHD people they're talking about.

That does seem to be the case. In the 80s, everyone, even some straight white guys, was clamoring after the coveted status of “victim”. Now it seems like everyone has to have a fking dog with them everywhere they go. Does this also help you get a weed card? That would explain a lot.

The guy made multiple posts recently about wanting to be "approved for alters" so he could show people how easy it would be to cater to the crowd and garner upvotes around here instead of being flooded with downvotes. He was going to do it as an an experiment to prove people wrong.

So, in his mind, he's going to do this for a little while and then go back to his main account and use these threads to point out how he is intellectually superior to everyone here because he could trick them into giving him upvotes.

And no, I'm not exaggerating a bit. He said these things. Multiple times.

And he's not been here since before the election.

And the admins would obviously not approve such a request

And he is right. Up/down votes don't mean anything and anyone could drown themselves in upvotes if they just wanted to make their posts appealing and agreeable to the majority here. Why is that a difficult concept for you to understand?

Maybe you are right. The problem is that is impossible to prove.

No. I made the determination that the session had nothing to offer me so I blew it off. And your non-logic is strikingly similar to the “people who criticize gays myst be gay” card that was played daily on the Hawkeye political board limpwristery.

Hey, I'm not the one saying I was gonna frickin do it. I'm just the guy calling it out. Why is that hard for YOU to understand?

Oh, excuse me, I forgot who I was talking to here for a second. Of course it's hard for you to understand.

I'll stop picking on him. I don't want to ruin the entertainment.
