Yeah, kind of looks like a market correction. However, that is a pretty steep decline. More seems to be at play than just a simple correction, but i don't see Netflix folding.

When all of these companies are doing fine in a few months, I wonder what the story will be.
See for example, Target.

So what exactly did Netflix do that was so horrible leftist?
Serious question, i haven’t heard
I have a friend who cancelled his Netflix when they released "Dear White People" or whatever it was called. He actually posted on twitter "I vote with my wallet".
He renewed it back up a few months ago. Reactionary behavior is so fun to watch.

I don't get why people are getting excited about these tech companies falling. Y'all probably use the majority of their products everyday.
I don't think it's that people want them to fail, but it's proof that liberals alone don't make these companies the huge success stories they are. To be that successful, you need liberals and conservatives.
Companies used to get that and stayed out of politics. Now we see companies constantly shitting on conservatives and digging in deeper with the liberal agenda. Conservatives are starting to say no thanks which is hurting their bottom line. Yes, it makes me happy to see their profits fall, but only because I hope it causes them to re-calibrate to more neutral positions, not fail.

IDIOTS
I have control over where my 401k funds are invested. I make sure to invest very little, or none, into companies I disagree with. There might be 5% in one of those companies and I only say that because I haven't checked it since tax season started.

Yep. They need a wake up call and need to get their collective acts together.

They aren't failing, they are simply being brought back down to earth. Supply and demand and accountability to your customers. If your willing to hire this lying count, it shows poor executive decisions.
frick em...how the frick does she improve their business model?

Yes you are indeed right. Those people are equally as idiotic.

A couple of people I know closed their Citicards accounts
It got me thinking. If they have a credit card account with Citi and they closed it out immediately it means they aren't carrying a balance. If they aren't carrying a balance they're more of a nuisance to Citi than a profitable client. So they're essentially doing a favor to the company they disagree with.

They shouldn't have sold out to Sorros and the SJWs.

You are breaking the news that right wingers aren’t very smart.

Do you think credit card companies are only making money by charging interest? A lot of merchants would be happy to educate you on how much they have to pay every time a card is swiped.

That's a good way of putting it, and I agree. But let's not act like these are the first companies to use their power politically. Many do and have done historically.
I just think it's silly, same as a super liberals protesting oil companies and not realizing how much shite they use everyday that wouldn't be around without oil companies.

Boycotting based on political beliefs is a bad idea. Conservatives aren't going to have many places to shop, and many time the local franchises/stores are full of people who share your beliefs.
For example, I know someone that swore off on Dick's after their latest virtue signaling. He and I helped arranged for a son of a mutual friend who was having trouble to get a job at our local Dick's after having a bout with drug abuse.
There is only one place on my boycott list, and its a local business who screwed me royally and then lied about it. I hope they go out of business.
All that to say, I think corporate virtue signaling is stupid. As Clay Travis says, Conservatives buy shoes too.

Does bribing city councils to declare areas "blighted" for eminent domain purposes count as a loophole?

Eh, as another poster said, you must be unaware of how CC companies make money. They want every person in the world carrying their card, balance or not.
They take a piece out of every purchase made.
