It's about Chapelle, of course. And Netflix leadership is now backtracking on their support for him. I predict they'll throw him under the bus soon.
Edit: I see several comments like "there are only four of them". There are a lot more than that, but not more than 50 or so from what I can see. That screenshot is from a tweet with embedded video, and it zooms out to show more protestors. I suspect Reuters chose this as the opening shot because Pink Bam Bam in the dress is good clickbait.
