Our students only take 1 year of US history in HS. German students have to take 4 years of German history. It's a lot longer and a lot more complicated than our history.

Just wanted to add that the CATO institute is global Marxist propaganda now. They play with numbers and methods to get a desired outcome and it’s NOTHING to do with libertarianism as they will proclaim they are for. And I would trust nothing they come out with.
