I have to agree with you a little. The irony would be amazing and the melt from the right would be very funny. However, the global melt from the left when they realized that a true conservative like Mike Pence was now president would be 100x better!

The most left wing person I know has talked about this very subject. He would take Pence over Trump. He agrees with Pence on literally nothing, but would at least trust him not to do anything crazy or stupid.
