General Orders #1 that we see nowadays applies to theaters of deployment and are issued by the Theater Commander, not to the Services in general when they are back at home station.

There is no specific UCMJ article that prohibits participating in a porno, however, if a Commander chooses, he could make a number of other UCMJ articles stick. Articles that cover good order and discipline, personal behavior, conduct unbecoming, etc.

There have been several cases over the years where Servicemembers have been disciplined after participating in a porno if they are clearly identified as a Servicemember (such as wearing their uniform), or do something else that brings discredit to the Service.

Bottom line: some Private doing a porno is probably not even going to hit the radar screen of the Service unless he runs his mouth about. Some Lieutenant doing a porno, is probably going to released from his service obligation, if not actually hit with a UCMJ charge of conduct unbecoming.

The answers about Articles covering indecent acts and exposure are exactly what I am referring to: they were designed for criminal acts such as indecent exposure to a minor, sodomy, etc, not specifically about what we think of as a conventional porno nowadays. But Commander with a case of the a** (no pun intended) can use any number of existing UCMJ articles to hammer a Servicemember.
