DVD's on every boat in the fleet. Probably running on a nonstop loop in Chief's Quarters. More well known, than the Chain of Command. I dont know what this guy was thinking about, but that photo shows at least 16 years of good conduct, He's getting Hazardous Duty pay, plus it looks like he's HALO winged, more money. Guy's got to be in real financial straights to do this, or he's just a numb nut...pun intended.
