He is a doer not a talker. Too much old New York in his personality to be well spoken but given the “clean, articulate, well spoken” teleprompter reader we had before? I’ll take the New York businessman.

It wasn't exactly the Lincoln Douglas debates, that is for sure. I had to turn it off. Trump could have easily dominated the debate by letting Biden talk and just calmly conveying his own record. The constant badgering was exactly that. I enjoy a good scrap as much as the next person, but the whole thing was really disappointing and depressing.

This exactly. I turned it off too.

Sorry I disagree with your conclusion.

You may dislike or even hate both candidates. Your not voting only likens the chances of the candidate you hate more. So vote for whichever one you hate less.

George W Bush wasn't well spkoen at all and he was a much better leader than Trump.

Trump acts like an immature child. It was clearly on display last night. Not a good look but this is now the era of President Camacho types.

If you think Trump did any favors for himself last night you are completely delusional.

Maybe people, like myself and the OP are a little miffed because once again, Trump cant shut the frick up for 2 seconds.
And shite like he pulled last night is what is going to lose voters that are on the fence, they are just sick of it.

Good luck in those swing states this time around. Hope I’m wrong but I’m probably right.

Read John Fonte's Essay re "Transnational Progressivism", if you want to "embrace the truth". It perfectly describes the Dem Party Ideology.

No disrespect, but I guess WW II would be a "disgrace", per your "independent" status. We should have had a civil discourse with Hitler/Hirohito, as opposed to calamitous war.

How so. Did Jr. bring Middle East countries to the peace table, we got in wars that in retrospect didn't accomplish shite, the economy of Bush ended up in the toilet his last two years, we got the Patriot Act from him. I could go on but it wouldn't do any good with you.

No. If pubs got a fair shake and did not have to debate the moderator and the opponent. Maybe, but Trump is where he is because he does not take that shite. So if you think it is presidential to let them do what Wallace did to Trump last night and he is just suppose to sit there and take it. What kinda journalist uses a know debunked story to gram a question to make a candidacy look bad and you think Trump was the problem. gTFO!

OP sounds like a fatty.

I thought it was hilarious. I’ve never seen one candidate absolutely destroy another like trump did to Biden.

Is Pelosi a well thought out, well spoken leader?
Biden?
Schumer?
AOC?
Schiff?

Tell me who on the Democrat side is a well-thought-out (not sure that’s even a phrase), well-spoken leader?

Politics isn’t philosophy. It’s battle. Trump has support because he actually fights.

The Democrats are trying to destroy the Republic with the help of a corrupt Media before our very eyes and idiots like YOU are worried about "acting Presidential".....

Fk you.....it's because of brain-dead puzzies like YOU that the Left have been put in a position to do what the Communists/Nazis/Jihadists could NOT.

I would describe myself as a moderate that leans towards conservatism.

Bull fricking shite.

And if you actually really are, frick YOU.

Anyone who claims to lean conservative and is sitting this election out when socialism has consumed the Democrat Party to the point they are discussing Green New Deal, $44T (by Kaiser Permanente research) medicare for all, eliminating bail, defunding and cutting police, says they will institute nationwide mask mandate and may lockdown economy again, and allows and defends Marxist looting, burning, killing, and rioting in our cities, well, then you’re just fricking worthless.

Piss off you fricked up slag.

That is an overly dramatic,, naive, childish rant. Bringing about other parties solves nothing. The two party system is not failing. We were doing nicely until COVID hit.

I am happy people like you dont vote.
