This saves over $1B in taxpayer funds, which can go toward future SPACE missions instead!

Keep crushing it, @NASAAdmin

This is good but once they’re on the teat it’s hard to get rid of them.

Instead of “converting” contractors to civil servants, how about we just eliminate that….lets reduce the size of the government, not expand it.

K. Thanks

He also announced that Blue Origin and SpaceX won't have the landers ready for mid 2027... So moon landings in 2028 are at risk.

We were probably paying Cognizant, etc. $250/hr for them. Now we're probably paying them $100/hr as employees. The current admin has shown us how to get rid of civil servants if we want to.

This may seem like a measly little 1BB but it’s the fact that these savings are simply there and we allow glut and massive fraud.

It’s a change of culture, which is why this is a big win.

He actually said nothing about eliminating the cost. He wants to spend the exact same amount or more and replace contractors with pension absorbing fed employees, because its the only way they think they can handle cross compatibility between fields.

That john barron sure is a dishonest " journalist"
