1. Why is 310K ok? Explain beyond quoting population.

2. What's driving the trend?

3. If you can't answer 2, how do you know the "trend" isn't merely a corollary to something else?

5. If a trend stops and reverses course over the course of a year, how does one know if the new trend will continue or if the longer term trend will take back over?

1. Less demand for their labor due to the existing undocumented work force

2. Population growth in Mexico declining
