That's the perfect time to not miss a beat and respond with: "You'll need to find another Dr.". Then exit the room. Let them exert their "right to healthcare" elsewhere at some other physicians expense.

That's why there is nothing wrong with killing the children of radical Islamic terrorists.
My avatar is a good example of one who should be killed.

So absolutely no shock!
6th grader not being educated in public schools. Teachers were pro Obama her hole life, and anti Trump now. Mom thinks Trump will take away free shite, and he might! All of her peers are identical. And the voice of opposition is silent.
Having said that, your silence was probably the best option. Should have told adult who brought her in (probably mom or grand mom) that expressing desire for presidential assassination is illegal and immoral.

Democrats, main steam media, in concert with each other to spread propaganda, fake news, false narratives and demonizing of the white race as the devil, all for one thing. Their vote to keep the dem's in power. What else does socializing and welfare have to offer anyone except total dependency. You don't have to think about it very long to understand. White privilege. Get Fukin real. You stuip fuks, when you're in that boat and you look down do you see Harry Ried's shoes. No bitch you see mine. Whake the fuk up brothers before it's to late.

Some of you need to write for SNL seriously. Some gold here from time to time. MSNLGA

The saddest thing in this country to me is that they don't realize we have the same enemies. And it's def not each other.

Wait a minute.
Are we all accepting this story, one in which a girl has no earthly idea who Abraham Lincoln is.
But lucky for her, the OP is there the educate her, although he just happens to use his violent death as an example, not that he was:
1. that he was the President during the Civil War.
2. Or that he was a key figure in the emancipation of black slaves, which would have been relevant to a black girl during back history month.
3. Or since they were talking about "Honest Abe," how he got a nickname.
4. Or that he is on penny and the $5 bill.
Nope, the OP in an interaction with a girl who concerningly ignorant of one of the most important figures in our, and especially her race's, own history decides to explain the violent outcome of his death.
And luckily, despite no earthly idea of who he was, she was able to quickly understand the meaning if the word "assasinate," which is not a simple vocabulary word; although this is more surprising that she understood it without any earthly knowledge of an indivdual whose assassination is a major point in history.
And even then, despite the contradictory ignorance, she was able to (disturbingly) provide a quick retort which just happened to be perfectly aligned with multiple narratives that are currently relevant (education, race; violence, family unit) in a manner the just happens to confirm to the majorites view on a unique message board.
So we have a witty and quick student, with advanced vocabulary and communication skills, who just happens to somehow remain ignorant regarding information that is empirically (Crystallized Intelligence) and practically (assassination) linked to her strengths.
And on top of that, she happens to provide a surprisingly quick response that happens I to support multiple narratives that are accepted, often without question.
And Somehow all of those skepticis on here just accept it at face value.
