PA Supreme Court ruled last week that they aren’t doing signature matching, which based on your returned ballot, it seems that NC is doing. A lot of problems with signature matching because it’s someone’s subjective option whether it matches or not.

There's no way I'm NOT voting in person. The very idea of sticking a ballot in the mail and trusting government workers not to tamper with, or discard my ballot is insane. It's much harder for people to screw around with your votes in a public place, out in the open.
