There are a few Medical Practitioners left. The rest of them are nothing but a bunch of procedure followers.

/\ this /\ regardless of other circumstances or motivations.
I can even sympathize with the doctor in this case. Don't know the actual directive, but if he said something like 'Either take the vaccine or I will not treat you for anything' then he would be wrong.
But - if he said 'I recommend you find a doctor who is comfortable prescribing treatments that I think are not optimal" then OK.
But common sense should drive the patient to find a doctor that she is comfortable with.
I have two cancer doctors who saved my life with their expertise for the past 10 years. I am convinced that either of them would recommend that I get vaccinated. (and I have because of my particular health status.) But, if I were a 30 something with the health/fitness status I had at that age, I'd be very suspicious of the vaccine because of the way it has been presented to the public. It is hard to separate raw politics from the health issues involving everything about this Covid pandemic.
I cannot imagine either of those doctors refusing to treat my cancer conditions if I refused to get vaccinated.

Just got off the phone with my mother who lives in FL.
She saw her doctor today who told her to either get vaccinated or find a new doctor.
Hippocratic Oath be damned!
What the hell?
You know a doctor can drop patients?
That is a thing.
Lots of doctors have fired patients.
They do it for lots of reasons. Being disrespectful to staff. Threatening someone. Violence. Not following medical advice. Complaining for no reason constantly. Being a massive time sink.
There are lots of reasons.

but I'd imagine these doctors are tired of watching patients die.
Then they need to refuse care to thugs that come to the ER with gunshot wounds.
They need to refuse treatment to fat, blue-haired women with nose-rings.
They need to refuse treatment to promiscuous gay men....

You mean that experimental thing that doesn't really work as advertised and is gonna require a 5 month booster for life?
B!tch, don't EVER call into question anyone's intelligence.

Simple question: If someone's work depends on skewed or manipulated data, can the results be trusted?

All orders of magnitude more risky behavior than not taking a vaccine.

The doctor is clearly trying to avoid treating stupid patients.
That’s blatant discrimination.

But we are talking about THIS reason.
An experimental vaccine, rushed thru FDA testing that is being Politicized and monetized.
A "miracle cure" that doesn't stop you from getting, transmitting or dying from Covid.
Stop pretending like everyone involved in pushing this thing aren't acting like Bond Villains intent on world domination.

But the above patients check all the correct boxes.
This disease and the Vax have been Politicized, monetized and proselytized.......should I trademark that before Jessie Jackson steals it?

If mental acuity were a prerequisite for Medical treatment, all Leftists would be dead by now.

These are posts which border on dishonesty.
You pretend to have some knowledge that other people don’t have about how doctors do business.
You then generalize a concept to this particular situation in a way that would be exceedingly rare in another analogous context. And you pretend it’s normal.
Given the time frame of the pandemic, I would guess the doctor has seen the patient a maximum of 2-3 times since the vaccine has been available. Are you asserting it’s normal for a doctor to recommend a course of therapy 2-3 times and then drop the patient if they decline? Because we both know it’s not anywhere approaching normal. So quit lying.

I fired my urologist the other day, it was his first day on the job. He spent 30 minutes lecturing me about the jab and 10 seconds with his finger in my arse and ordered another blood test for my PSA. He stated "If you can't trust me about covid, you probably shouldn't trust me with your prostrate".
He was correct.
He was correct.

How old is your mom?
Did she have Rona before?
I disagree with withholding care, but she might be very high risk.
Also, you need to ask... Does the OP's mother have any preexisting conditions and other comorbidity. Does the mother have diabetes or pre-diabetes. Does she have a history of heart disease or cancer in the family? Does she smoke, drink or is she overweight? Did she ever have bad thoughts when Elvis shook his pelvis?
And most of all 'why didn't the doctor take a stand on any of these issues and choose Covid?'

Agreed.
With that said, I've asked my 70+ year old mother repeated to go get the vaccine. She's the definition of high risk with her age, diet, and extremely poor shape. She refuses.

I wonder why she refuses....Could it be because she has people in her ear who strongly are against this vaccine like the idiots on this board?
