Everyone is allowed to dress in traditional clothing from their family's culture. How should we have her dress?

I realize this may get some hilarious responses, but I'm also serious. We come from the culture that caused the greatest and longest economic boom in civilization's history. I absolutely want her to be proud of that and will dress her accordingly.

Ideas I've had so far:

Pilgrim
Founding father
Successful businessman - not sure how to pull this one off
Hilary Clinton ( )
Annie Oakley

If you have any German in your lineage at all, you know how she needs to dress. Just be sure to film it.

We do actually have German in our lineage, but were thinking lederhosen, not Hitler.

Colonel Reb did cross my mind, just for the hilarity alone. We might even make the local news with that one.

We have a spring pageant-ish thing where girls wear those dresses. Black girls participate, Indian girls participate. Nobody GAF, but we're well outside of WokeLand.

If white you could dress like a past relative from distant generations of su the 1700-1800’s, a poor white family struggling to survive. If black you could dress up as the same as both were likely uneducated & starving

That is definitely a contender. My daughter would absolutely love it.

Weird. Was this topic anchored?

Like the 4th of July!

OR...if your linage goes back to the Confederate States then I see nothing wrong with this one...if ballsy enough unfortunately but it should be considered bigoted if not acceptable. People deserve to be proud of their heritage even if others don't like it...I'm sure there's a term for that somewhere

OP...didn't catch it was your daughter.... DEFINITELY southern debutante. Especially since she'd love it. Don't let these woke people destroy her pride in her heritage because others get hurt feelings.

Keep us updated with a new thread if this one was really anchored. Which is BS.
