If you're nervous about it, don't do it.
Are you nervous about going out it public not having the vax?
If you're getting it just to get a job, don't do it.
I'm sure here are plenty of other companies hiring that do not require it.

This kind of mentality is what's wrong with people in this country. People who say "it's just a shot", do not see the big picture.
We should have the freedom to do any of these.
"Oh, I'll get the shot. I wanna get hired."
"Oh, I'll get the shot. I wanna go to a football game."
"Oh, I'll get the shot. I wanna go to a concert."
"Oh, I'll get the shot. I wanna go on a cruise."

so I decided to call my doctor who I love (he's in his 70's he's MAGA but also very pro vaccine) to see if he would be willing to talk for 5 minutes just to reiterate that he hasn't been swayed off his pro-vax stance and see if he couldn't coax me into taking it.
Flirt up his nurse and tell her you'll pay her a few sheckles if she'll just leave the vaccine out to room temp.
There is a YUGE effort in Europe for doing that. You show up for your appointment, the nurse on the take 'finds' a problem with your registration, puts your vaccine outside of the refrigerator, you come back a few hours later and get the "vaccine" which is worthless. Now you got your papers.

Novavax will be that
This is the correct answer.

Mates I was kept waiting for nearly an hour for my good friend Doctor Robert. He is still very pro vaccine and listened patiently while I rambled on about Israel and “muh freedoms” and the like.
What I settled on is this - their current batch of the traditional J&J vaccines expires on October 2nd, so I’m going to come back next week (should know that a job offer is pending by then) and pray for either something to change or for Christ Almighty to intervene with that satanic vial on my behalf and cause it to lose efficacy and therefore foil the nerfarious New World Order plot to sterilize my gonads or cut my life short.
TL;DR - I dodged the jab at least one last time

Not at all what the article says. They haven't applied for an EUA in the US yet, and the WHO has nothing to do with EUAs in the US.

Curious what the relevance of this information is. Did your doctor explain that?

Medications last far far longer than expiration dates. I'm Big Pharma and sell you, the pharmacy, a bottle of Bidencillin. I'm going to charge you $1500 a bottle and you'll likely never sell it. And by the way, it has a shelf life of 2 years. Darn, you'll just have to buy more when that expiration date hits and the compound magically deteriorates just like Cinderella at midnight. Don't kid yourself that that stuff will deteriorate on 10/2. Expiration dates are about making bank.

I work in a blood lab. If you take it , you’re f&$%#d.
I never thought conspiracy theories were anything to pay attention to. I now know different. Find another job.

Philter, when you say “flu shot like” do you mean that you will need yearly boosters with it?

If you must in order to provide for your family then yes.

It makes zero sense for a healthy person to get a vaccine that has the potential to kill them (even if small) because some unhealthy people may die from Covid, who also had the opportunity to get the vaccine.
I did not say, “unhealthy people” I said “cannot handle the virus well”.
I’ve had healthy 19 year olds that were absolutely rocked by this virus, and old COPD diabetics who did fairly fine.
Are you one of those people who think anyone who takes the virus will die in ten years? How is that thing? Can anyone explain?

if this is a real situation, i would say you should get. i got the j&j. no problems here.
i was never really afraid of covid but it brought a peace of mind that i did not expect.
