Graves County tells Beshear to kiss our arse

KSP said the same thing. If it ain’t law, we ain’t enforcing. I already been to some businesses and they said they weren’t doing it either.

Sucks when Republicans run everything in the Commonwealth huh, Andy?

I would say generally the only way they could legally get you to wear a mask is if you test positive, than they could give you an order to say quarantine or wear a mask in public.

Why would they have AIDS patients comply?

Well, yeah, as a generalization I don't necessarily have issue with valid quarantine orders which are carried out according to law. The problem here is they must have probable cause to restrict someone which they don't have and they are not giving due process either.

At this point if you’re still not wearing a mask out of civic duty then you’re just being an a-hole and advertising your mental deficiencies.

EXACTAMUNDO

Whether you can be FORCED to wear a mask is an interesting legal question and intellectual exercise.

Whether you SHOULD be wearing a mask in order to protect your fellow citizens against the POSSIBILITY that you might be contagious is a simple matter of common courtesy and decency.

And the identities of those posters who are bitching the loudest about masks tend to bear this out.

There’s lots of southern fatties that post in here than can barely walk from their car into Walmart without getting winded. We should respect that masks are a real hardship on them

I've been wearing a mask in Georgia for a while now out of common courtesy.

I think it's hilarious NY and Cali both have mandated masks since April and May respectfully and cases are continuing to rise.

So it's just your southern good ole boys rejecting the notion. Even the bluest states are.

I think it's unnecessary hysteria and masks are basically a red herring at this point. Positive cases have been soaring almost everywhere for over a month and we haven't seen a spike in death rate at all.

So I'll wait another month to see where we are but the data is suggesting the worst is over.

You know, this is an excellent point and something I haven’t considered. I now feel a little bit of empathy for the “virgin southern fatty anti-maskers.” I still fully support mandatory masks, but I now better understand their anger.

Under current California law, it is felony offense punishable by 3 to 8 years in prison. The new law, which was signed by Brown on Oct. 6 and takes effect January 1, changes this to a misdemeanor, carrying a 6-month prison term — the same punishment as knowingly exposing someone to other communicable diseases.

I am 66. I played college ball. I bicycle over 8000 miles per year at speeds you can likely only approach for seconds only before stroking out.

I refuse to wear a mask under FORCED UNIVERSAL MASKING. I also refuse to accept any municipality ordained Mask mandate.

You can kiss my arse. and some news, most of the people I see around town that appear to have given up motion more than a decade ago are neo-Marxist regarding politics. If they can move to vote. same as wiping their arse.

Blame libertarians for not voting GOP and allowing a Marxist to take power. Elections have consequences.
