Nothing. Seeing how many fictions DHS has to engage in to hide the fact that they are deporting some Muslims just because they are Muslims, I was wondering what the Board would think of DHS just saying "We're deporting Abdul because he's a Muslim."
It doesn't sound like anybody would oppose that. I dislike fiction from our government. In this climate, it seems like Trump could just make a national security finding that Muslims are inherently dangerous and deport, at least, non-citizens.

Since the Constitution has no meaning anymore, maybe we should confiscate all the guns in private ownership and declare that only persons with no party affiliation can vote.

I don't think the Constitution is meaningless, but as to protecting Muslims it has been whittled down so much in practice that I could see courts deferring to "security measures" taken by the Executive.
See, Japanese internment camps during WWII by FDR. Korematsu is on shaky ground, but it has never been overturned.

Fair. But look at the actual issue. My mind is kinda blown right now because I thought Europe was worse than the US. Im in Greece right now and Its massively different on the streets than say Paris or Chicago. Come to find out Greece doesn’t bullshite around with illegal immigration and fake asylum seeking like we do. We need to be more like Greece.

Not remotely close to what is being discussed.
What is being discussed here is expelling a massive number of people on the basis of their free exercise of religion. The Japanese were not put in internment camps because because we criminalized Buddhism or Shinto or whatever. We were at war with Japan. What is being discussed here is religious persecution. That is different. That is a power that is explicitly removed from the federal government powers pursuant to Amendment 1.
We are a constitutional government or we are not.
I know right wingers, especially Trump followers, don't believe in respecting any law that restrains whatever fake outrage they have on a daily basis. But there is really nothing to debate here. If you want to end the free practice of religion in America, you have to change the Constitution to give the government that power.
