I have answered that. In this thread. I've also answered numerous times in the past. I believe I even answered a hypothetical about other religions and atheists in similar scenarios.

I think a business owner should be able to run their business as they see fit, in accordance with our laws of course.

Is there a law in Michigan they could sue under?

If so, they should win easily.

oh. So when you said this board wouldn't come to their defense you really meant a few individuals. The point stands. There are plenty of people on this board who are fine with anyone refusing to bake a cake. That fact is unassailable which is why you are tap dancing

Okay.

Basically saying "what law says christians can have this while others can't" does not exist. I'd be silly to try and claim that.

you expected that disparity based on nothing

Nope. I expected it based on my observations of this site and typical reactions from the majority of its posters.

no this thread hasn't shown you to be correct

So far, it has. Perhaps I'll eventually be wrong, but I doubt it.

Point me to all the post in this thread saying the Muslim Bakery is wrong

Point to where I ever stated that was my expectation.

Muslim bakery refuses to bake cake for gay wedding...I expect that we'll see the "conservatives" around here fervently jump to their defense.

Wrong. I fervently support the bakery owner's right to NOT bake a cake for a gay wedding due to religious convictions.

You are passing out crayons? Why do you even bother your troll game anymore? NT74 has risen way above you in reasoning. You are obsessed with KCT and you are most likely the reason NT74 prolly got banned in the first place. You no longer have a gang to run with on here. Yall's band sucks, it has been Yokoed by you. You look foolish and are not wise with your BS. You are on AzzuRobbie's level of posting, you may as well just post laughing emoticons, it is that pathetic.

Ok, different path. These privledges that you feel Christianity enjoys, is this an issue? Does it need to be remedied in any way? If so, how?

That isn't what I said.

OK. It's still irrelevant.

You really haven't.

Do you think the Muslim baker should just bake the cake? Yes or no? I'm not asking for what the law states, but your personal opinion.

You good with them refusing for second marriages too? Divorce being a sin and all.

Also - no Halloween cakes that's blasphemy

No Harry Potter themed bday cakes that's blasphemy too

Where is the confusion? "Running their business as they see fit" would include not baking the cake, correct?

Not an issue to me. In fact I like christians. I also like bringing people to light that they sometimes don't count blessings because they didn't know they had them when others don't. That's all. I dislike Muslims way more.

I think it's up to the baker. Frankly, no one enters a bakery asking for a wedding cake for my 2nd marriage. That would be too much information, frankly, and weird.

However, it is a little more obvious to spot someone wanting a cake depicting 2 members of the same sex. So your scenario is nonsensical, really. Unless the person loves talking to strangers about their personal life, i just dont see that happening.
