So should the muzzie be forced to bake the cake or not?
I refuse to answer something I answered earlier in the thread to this exact question. Don't skip pages just to talk shite.
Edit - good lord man I answered it on the first page.

Not on this thread!
And? I certainly never said anyone should be forced to do anything by the Federal government, yet many have made that assumption. I am a fan of people running their businesses as they see fit. Always have been, and always will be. That doesn't negate my criticism of the hypocrisy that I called out, and has already been shown in this thread.

Libertarian response is easy. "If they're stupid enough to throw away money, let 'em. Here's the number of a good baker in town."

quote:are you serious? Our position from the beginning has been that anyone should be allowed to choose how they employ their labor. I don't have to agree with their decision because it's not my labor. Where we've gotten f***** up as a nation is we've allowed ourselves to give government the power to let some people have full rights over their labor but not all people. I personally think Christian's refusing to make the cake is silly but I also a big fan of freedom. And in this case even if I think the Muslim reason is stupid it's their business. We go a long way this nation if we could just stop trying to force everyone else to behave as we want them to behave
expect that we'll see the "conservatives" around here fervently jump to their defense.

Absolutely. Maybe check out the Christian bakery thread if you need a refresher.

That doesn't exist. Sure there may be some, but you made a blanket statement out of anger. It was stupid of you, and you know it.
I'm conservative and I have no problem with people refusing to do business with whoever they dont' want to do business with. Let the market decide how they should be punished.

Not angry at all, I just think it's hilarious that some people choose to not see all the privileges christianity gets in the USA and have actually started thinking that treating Christianity more like just another religion besides the only religion simply due to majority, is silly and I won't put up with it.

I'm your huckleberry. A business should be able to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
IDGAF about Muslims or gays.

Please list 5 "privileges" Christianity gets in the USA that aren't afforded other religions.

That is a fiscally Conservative viewpoint.
Sadly, it is not always a Republican one.
