Frick Murkowski, and frick Alaska’s rank choice. The only reason she is still in office is because of that fricked up voting process.

Dont be so sure about that. I have worked for years in Alaska. A lot of these places have no roads out of and the only way to get there is buy Plane so the Price can go up pretty damn quick $$$!

She forgot to mention because Alaska has many remote villages, the state also appoints deputy registrars in rural communities so residents do not have to travel long distances to register.

Carve out special circumstances for Alaska given its geographical hurdles.

Easy fix, but they don’t want it to happen.

All those issues can be fixed with a relatively small amount of money.

Back in the past this would be quite reasonable to expect from Congress (thats typically how Alaska got things done at the Congressional level), nowadays politics and such arent common sense, nor is it reasonable.

This is why Congress has dismal approval rates...but each damn time it comes up for election, the general populace elects the same frickers all over again. And then when newcomers do come in? Sucked into the machine almost immediately for a majority of them that have any luck at getting re-elected (if they didnt bend knee to the political machines behind the scenes)

These same arguments could be used in response to requiring drivers licenses to drive a vehicle, to deposit cash at a bank, to board an airplane. It’s a retarded straw man. Murk has benefited from loose election security in her prior elections to maintain power. That’s all this is about.
