Mueller Has Enough Evidence to Bring Charges in Flynn Investigation.. Per NBC

Federal investigators have gathered enough evidence to bring charges in their investigation of President Donald Trump's former national security adviser and his son as part of the probe into Russia's intervention in the 2016 election, according to multiple sources familiar with the investigation.
The investigators are speaking to multiple witnesses in coming days to gain more information surrounding Flynn's lobbying work, including whether he laundered money or lied to federal agents about his overseas contacts, according to three sources familiar with the investigation.

There should be another indictment soon. Word was that it would be Tony Podesta and/or Weber. I guess we'll see if LTG Flynn and/or his boy are rolled up as well.

Did they mention it would have nothing to do with any "collusion" or the Trump campaign, but would be because of work he did as a lobbyist/foreign agent?

His lawyer sought immunity during the Congressional investigation (think this was sought before Comey had made the FBI investigation public and of course was months before Mueller). If Congress would’ve given the immunity it would’ve potentially complicated his criminal exposure (something similar is why Oliver North never did time for his role in Iran-Contra).

This is the one I’m going to feel bad about if he stumbled clumsily into it . He strikes me as that kind of guy - not like Manafort or Podesta who actively architected their crimes.
