Interesting. An entity not in existence makes a campaign contribution.

Holy Cow this is some VERY sloppy FedGov prosecutorial work.

What the frick, people? Mueller must think that he's conducting a Show Trail for Joe Stalin's regime.

He lit firecrackers and tossed it in while his roommate showered.

Not sure how it applies here, other than just for the laughter it created for the prankster.

The more I think about this indictment, the more sure I am that TD PT's very own National Intelligence Community Expert Navy Stolen Valor Tiger 74 helped.

Probably locked down tight.

I'd be interested to see the response and the entire transcript too. However, it is a private practice American lawyer stating bluntly to a federal judge something that is easily verifiable
Good ol Bonds is the only one with any balls

Good for you

Here's a link to Concord Catering's website, translated into English
LINK
Here's the first couple of sentences
quote:

The catering company Concord-Catering has been working in the field of catering for a long time. For 19 years now, we have been providing professional catering services for our valued customers.

Here's what reason has to say about it
quote:

As to the claim that Concord didn't exist during the last U.S. presidential election: There are myriad old references to Concord Catering in Russian media, and press releases about Concord events and openings in Russia say that it was founded in 1996. It also still seems to be operational today.

I can also link blog posts from CC going back to 2014

Now if the lawyer is going to argue some strange technicality about Russian business registration whatever, that's fine, but you know that's not a good faith argument and this whole story means zero

Bold statement. Of course the lawyer will argue strange technicalities.

The point is that business doesn't exist as it was named in the suit. Most likely it falls under the Concord Management name.

That's the point. And the sad fact that the Feds obviously didn't know that, otherwise they would have sued the right parties.

This entire thread is off the rails already

Well...if concord catering is simply a branch of one of the other concord entities that was indicted, and not its own legal entity...It's not a huge story. You are right about that. However, it would still be very sloppy prosecutorial work and the lawyer definitely should bring up the issue. It's not a bad faith argument if what he is saying is true. It doesn't change much for the case...but would be pretty embarrassing for Mueller's team.
