Why did we only see what Concord's lawyer said? I mean, they obviously have the whole transcript
And secondly, would you believe what Concord themselves said about when they came into existence? Would you take them at their word?

The point is that business doesn't exist as it was named in the suit. Most likely it falls under the Concord Management name.
That's the point. And the sad fact that the Feds obviously didn't know that, otherwise they would have sued the right parties.
Exactly. Poor Juice is stupid on 2 fronts.
1. Duh. Yeah I read that shite the second I saw the story
2. If you're a prosecutor, you kinda should know the company didn't exist as you indicted it.
Which is the whole point of the LULZ

It doesn't change much for the case...but would be pretty embarrassing for Mueller's team.

Have you met Juice?
The next original thought he has will be his first.

It doesn't surprise me that you don't care. However, I promise you it's embarrassing to the prosecutors. Not as embarrassing as what will happen at trial, though. This is one case where the cliche "discovery will be fun" is applicable. Mueller bluffed and it was called.

Why did you leave this part out?

It's unclear if or when Concord Catering began doing any business in the United States. Searches of Nexis business info, the SEC database, and the National Business Register turn up no results for any company called Concord Catering except a small and unrelated business in Arizona

Do you not find it weird, though, that the lawyer said definitively that the business didn't exist, made a ham sandwich joke, and then said "but if the government shows me they did exist at the time, yes I would represent them"?
Seems a little reckless

So Mueller indicting Russian trolls as a PR stunt and Manafort for a decade-old tax case isn't reckless?
It'll be fun when Flynn's, Manafort's, and this case is dismissed

I agree, filing a criminal complaint against an entity that didn't exist does not make Honest Bob credible.

This is concord Catering too....
Yeah. I tried to make that point but it was too complex for Juice to grasp apparently.
If you indict something BY NAME.......that didn't exist by that name when said crime was committed.....then by definition, you indicted no one.
It's like indicting me for something that happened before I was born.

And then theres also this
Muellers team cant help but shoot themselves in the foot. Admitting to this in open court, thinking they had a gotcha
quote:
He also expressed dismay at a federal prosecutor's revelation that she had seen the formal request, filed with the Treasury Department by his employer, for authorization to provide legal services to Concord Management and Concord Catering. The approval that was necessary since both companies have been on the U.S. sanctions list since June 2017.
"We now know [Mueller's team viewed] a confidential filing of [the Office of Foreign Assets Control], which in and of itself is a disturbing fact," said Dubelier.

I recognize the all to familiar problem in all of that.

I see where you are coming from. There is obviously a Russian Concord Catering company if your link is accurate.
My best guess would be that the Concord Catering in your link has nothing to do with Concord Management or any Russians involved with twitter trolling. Maybe there is a branch of Concord Management called Concord Catering, that is not a separate business entity but was charged as well, to make it appear that there were more indictments.
I am sure we will find out soon.
eta: Concord Management is owned by Evgeny Prigozhin, who was also indicted as an individual. Prizgozhin also owns the company Concord Catering.
After a few minutes of reading, this story appears to be Russians trolling the courts and Mueller. I would wait to learn more before sharing this story as fact.
reuters link
I never thought I would say this, but I think I agree with Juice on this one.
