Everything was on film/drone . The entire case
The judge had no impact on what you could clearly watch and see with your own eyes.

Are they going to try and claim rittenhouse is a public figure and that defaming laws are a helluva lot looser when it comes to public figures compared to ordinary people. I think that's their strategy...because otherwise, they wouldn't have the balls to double down on their lies.
But... I don't think he can be defined as a public figure. State media and the local government are the ones who forcibly dragged him into the public sphere.
