It's ignorant not to realize when they overplay the race bullshite. Everything is not all about race. People are tired of it. I never considered myself to be racist but they sure want me to be and it's moving in that direction, unfortunately.

Yeah they want to argue that since it's not a "college-level" class about CRT specifically, that a CRT-based curriculum is impossible.

THAT is some impressive doublespeak

And last week, his campaign released an ad featuring a white mother who fought to have “Beloved,” Toni Morrison’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel about slavery, banned from her son’s school district.

Speaking of “college-level material.”

Morrison’s novel, which won the Pulitzer Prize for fiction in 1988, tells the story of a Black woman during the Civil War era who kills her own daughter to spare her from slavery. The book, which offers bracing meditations on the dehumanizing effects of slavery, includes scenes of bestiality and gang rape.

This is the height of leftist arrogance, and it comes from their belief that there can’t be anything objectionable about their ideology, so anybody who votes against it must be ignorant.

There is no making the blind see with them.

In another piece, MSNBC describes the mother not wanting her high school student to read about bestiality as an “idiosyncratic view.”

I was referring to the Lee Atwater strategy that the GOP has used for decades to either mobilize the base they have or to attempt to convince others to move towards their base so they can win elections. Part of that strategy through the years has included buzzwords that easily catches the attention of the base (i.e. terms related to race like welfare queen, forced bussing, and now CRT). This strategy has translated to people like Reagan, HW Bush, Trump, etc. winning elections. Democrats today have yet to have a strategy that effectively combats that.

This is laughable. Republicans rely on buzzwords/phrases like welfare queen, forced busing - and you don't think the Left does the same thing? How many days in the last five years have we not heard Dems calling anybody that disagrees with them racist? You don't think "racist" is a buzzword? And how about "systemic racism" and "literal Hitler," etc., etc - - - reality is Dems have made "welfare queen" junior varsity shite by ramping up the rhetoric to flamethrower level.

Critical race theory is real.
Forced bussing was real.
Welfare queens are real.

Why do you hate reality?

We teach that white people are evil but that’s not critical race theory so it’s all good.

Stupid progs.

It's 2021 and we are focused on 2021 problems. Not shite that happened in the past. If you as a black man can't make it modern America is purely your own doing at this point. White people get dealt shitty hands also. You ain't unique or special in that regard. People want to know what your going to do to fix the inflation happening everywhere, why people refuse to get jobs, why we are letting people squat in houses they aren't paying for, why gas prices are skyrocketing - etc.

Race politics just got bitch slapped - finally

Not just that.

“We teach that there’s systemic racism and that whites will always be oppressors and blacks will always be oppressed and that this structural power imbalance can only be solved by dismantling the power structures which hold up the society.

But we do not teach CRT which is based on the idea that that there’s systemic racism and that whites will always be oppressors and blacks will always be oppressed and that this structural power imbalance can only be solved by dismantling the power structures which hold up the society.

So get it straight.”

Glenn Youngkin's victory was partially because leftists believe it's okay to say things like 'white people are evil', 'white people are racist', 'white people are ignorant'...etc.

So what does MSNBC do? They double down.

I wish they would quit using the term CRT and just call it what it is, racism. Does MSNBC and the rest of them realize that a lot of these "ignorant" white people who voted Youngkin also voted Obama? They alienated their own white voters because they wanted to teach their 5 year olds that they're inherently racist and guilty of wrongdoing, now they're telling those same voters that they're ignorant and white nationalists. Brilliant please continue

It is hard to imagine how this could be happening after the January 6th insurrection. Like, didn’t people see how batshit insane the right has become?

I’m fricking pissed at my wife because after Youngkin won the election, her boyfriend made some smartass comment telling me that he voted for him. Tomorrow I’m going to have a serious talk with her about continuing her relationship with him. I don’t want this type of toxicity in our home.
