Because the same “small government conservatives” are cucks to the enforcement arm of the state, cops and prison corporations, who endlessly lobby against legalizing anything.

The average person doesn’t realize that junkies are already getting whatever they want on demand.
Snort ,shoot up, smoke all you want. Most are just killing them selves anyway and it’s incentivizing police to go after this low hanging fruit while ignoring crimes against the working public.
I want a war on speeding and tailgating. That’s a real danger I see everyday.

Arresting the bottom of the barrel user used to be a way for drug agents to cultivate informants and try to work their way up. Now, even the most wasted away junkie knows a possession case may come up for court 3 years later and will likely get tossed or pled down to probation - or more likely be lumped in with other charges he’s accumulated during that time period, like petty thefts. Those fruitless cases were also a way to pad stats for local LE to receive federal funding. I agree with you that they serve no purpose, Im just giving you what were really the only reasons for LE to justify the arrests in the first place.

End the welfare state and restore private property rights and I will support legalizing drugs.

They really just need to legalize the fricking weed across the country lol. It’s the least harmful substance for you that’s out there. All these junkies ruined the weed legalization by wanting every drug legalized. Now weed is associated with the drug decriminalization programs implemented in places like Portland.

Idiotic statement on opioids, they are extremely destructive and nearly impossible to get off of. The poppy fields in Mexico should be razed to the ground by napalm annually

Umm, yes. Almost every single one.

Keep and bear arms isn't the right to murder.

Travel the country freely isn't the right to speed/drink and drive/text/facebook and kill/injure/endanger others.

Privacy and free enjoyment of my property isn't the right to make a nuisance or even greater problems for my neighbors

Etc., etc.

Very Christian of you with that statement. I'm sure Jesus Christ would approve of that message.

And why wasn't cannabis included in the OP?

Only things should be legal is what you can grow in your back yard. Once you mix in chemicals and shite leave that alone.

One of the arguments against prohibition is it creates more dangerous drugs to get around bans. Meth.. That synthetic weed they sold in gas stations..

Not a drug, but alcohol. Annually, it kills as many people as drugs.

Go ahead and downvote.

Did you not hear about the pilot catching a ride last week who tried to crash the plane because he thought he was in a dream and needed to stop the plane in order to wake up? Well turns out he was on shrooms.
