Flynn, through his attorneys, says it was due to an upcoming audit of the CIA’s books.

If Brennan was doing domestic spying (against the CIA’s charter) and there was proof of it, wouldn’t he not only want to block that audit but also use any evidence turned up to help keep Flynn from being cleared?

There are so many fricking traitors that are embedded within every level and branch of government. I'm afraid that we cannot peacefully coexist much longer.

What story does Flynn have to tell?

Alleged evidence that Brennan, Clapper, deep state, etc. have a significant slush fund for off the books covert ops.

At this point, you just have to openly question why exactly he would be fighting this thing THIS hard.

"the orderly administration of justice."

The attorney that file that outright falsehood should be pilloried

I'm at the place where, of every 2 boxes of ammunition I buy, 1 box goes to the range with me, 1 goes into the stockpile.

The structures that held us together are broken.

If Trump wins, I think they would resort to violence.

And if he loses, they will crush us.

Not sure how it helps, I mean stopping information before November, sure. But it would seem like Trump will just use pardon after the election.

They're resorting to violence now. It remains to be seen how just far they'd really go.

The one glimmer of hope is the standing argument. I don't see how Judge Sullivan can claim to be an interested party in this case. And if he is an interested party in the case, he shouldn't be anywhere near it.

How corroded do you think the process is?

Will the judges succumb to their partisan instincts?

I don’t think they are any rules anymore.

They would do whatever it took to take power.

I have said for 7 years that the biggest lie in America is our "justice system". The Lawfare types who wax poetic about justice are the biggest authoritarians in this country. Federal judges and DOJ types are almost all power-hungry sociopaths who view locking human beings up as little more than a vehicle to their own career promotions. I despise them with a passion.

WHAT THE frick IS GOING ON WITH THIS JUDGE? WHO IS PULLING HIS STRINGS?

If the Flynn case is dismissed then all of the documentation, emails, etc will be released to the public. Why is this an issue well because it will show that Biden was using his position as VP to politicize the justice department to take out anyone they thought might jeopardize them. Biden's name is clearly all over the rest of these documents and the Democrats are scrambling to keep this out of the news until after the election.

Yep. Remember last year the full DC Circuit Court ruled 8-3 to allow Congress to subpoena Trump's tax returns. They aren't going to pass up this opportunity to drag this out.

I remember this morning when Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh said that was ok.

The DC Circuit Court is made up of a majority of Clinton & Obama appointed Judges too so this En Banc will be granted I bet you.

Sigh.

This will eventually go to SCOTUS. And not a damned thing will happen to this judge, who has demonstrated Alcee Hastings-like conduct on the bench.
