As long as Flynn is caught up in the criminal proceedings then the public can't get access to all the documentation that shows how bad this is.

The way I understand it, the appellate judge ruled against Sullivan and ordered him to end the case giving him no leeway or say in the order to do so. So by him NOT complying, why is Sullivan not found in contempt of court and removed from the bench?

The DC Circuit Court is made up of a majority of Clinton & Obama appointed Judges too so this En Banc will be granted I bet you.

Yep. Remember last year the full DC Circuit Court ruled 8-3 to allow Congress to subpoena Trump's tax returns. They aren't going to pass up this opportunity to drag this out.

If the full court hears the appeal, they will likely reverse the panel imo. Flynn can then ask for the Supreme Court to hear it, but at that point we're well beyond the 2020 election.
