Yeah. For third party records where the fist party voluntarily shares. So in this case since they signed up for telephone service voluntarily, they voluntarily agree to share who they call with the phone company. Can’t wire tap, but Feds can ask phone providers for a list of calls made.

It is what it is, and as I posted previously, I still think we need to know why the requested records were requested, and why the requested records were only for the minority party.

Cynthia is the only not widely recognizable name. Who is Cynthia?

It is somewhat frustrating that it is taking this much time for the FBI to locate the evidence of the weaponization we all know exists.

FBI operation Arctic Frost was targeting anyone who was supportive of President Trump, and the concerns around the stolen 2020 election outcome. This was the objective of the massive surveillance effort that included warrants against the electronic records of Congress and private citizens.

The results of this massive data collection were then sent to the J6 Committee for exploitation and targeting. The J6 committee deleted much of the information. Jack Smith then took over.

More soon…

Mid level scapegoats will (maybe go down), but overall, nothing significant gonna happen.

Frick this system and direction we’ve been on.

I want my tax reparations for the USAID/NGO/WAR/HOUSING scams and bubbles since 1913.

All of Our ancestors and ourselves thru current have been paying & subsidizing the rest of the world.

And the thing that makes my nuts swell is the fact that we are pushing, promoting and Paying for TransWorld abroad.

Meaning just about every single major city in the world that has their hands in our pockets is being a flagpole to push the rainbow coalition BS!!!!

While it’s hard to pay for groceries for most families in the USA, our leaders are paying for Trans-Parades.

If that doesn’t make your NUTS SWELL and piss you off for much bigger discussions, then I don’t know what to tell you.

EVERY BIT OF CORRUPTION ENDS WITH “FOLLOW THE MONEY$$$”

And it’s a trail of mi way printing for over 100 years in this country since 1913 that created the biggest and most corrupt person in mankind’s history.

That’s why I bring it to the discussion, because it all ties together and the root of this evil.

ABOLISH THE FED & most of this goes away. Until then, they are all crooks

The Feds go to the phone provider in certain circumstances. The phone subscribers by subscribing voluntarily share who they call with the provider.

They just got a call log in this case and from what we know.

I’m not sure I agree with it, but there is precedent. I’m not an attorney, although I probably know more about these things than SFP as the most obvious example.

I had thought, and I’m not certain, it needs to be a national security concern. I’m 100% sure about that.

And again, I’m curious why it was only Republican call logs. I know what it looks like, an I know what I strongly suspect.

Long story made short, the Feds are cocksuckers and have always been.

So a 104 year old senator named Grassley is on top of this. Gotcha. I do not believe, in all of Grassley's years up there, that Grassley has ever been involved with anyone getting arrested, much less charged, or convicted.

All Sombrero, No Donkeys aren't ya Grassley?

Trump was sworn in Jan 20th… it’s barely been 8 months. Not 10.

What people should be pissed about is all of this is perfectly legal even without warrants. As long as they aren't listening to calls, they can check your call logs without warrants. (That is who you called and when). SCOTUS has never given a clear ruling on this topic.

It’s taken years to get records and advance my investigation, but what the public is seeing now demonstrates the importance of congressional oversight and whistleblowers. My whistleblowers deserve great thanks for what they’ve helped expose. None of this would have been known without them.”
If they had someone 45 rather than 85 working on it maybe it wouldn't take 3 years.

If we know about this now, why didn't Dan, Kash and Pam know about it sooner?

Where are the warrants for these? Were these FISA? If there aren't stiff penalties for this (far stronger than what Kevin Clinesmith got), then releasing this is little more than advertising that DC's system of justice is "high ranking Democrats" vs everyone else.

The senate can act on this with the house. It can be the executive branch, but doesn’t have to be.
