Hate to break it to Mundummy, some stores already have these things called sales and actually lower prices for promotional reasons lower than regular prices.
Another inconvenient truth, his expansion plans are going to be the death of this project, a successful grocery chain would have a handful of stores before he would have two stores open that will be built over budget and delayed.
