It’s not on the inter webs yet. I’m sure it will be. I live about 2 miles from where it went down. In Mississippi we don’t run a upload picture of kids getting shot right away.

This is what would happen in New Orleans on a daily basis if we a) had more than 3 NOPD officers left and b) those 3 officers’ hands weren’t tied and they could actually take down some lawless thugs.

This is a nothing story. Doesn’t matter what race anyone involved is. Law enforcement officers are expected to enforce laws. Know the laws, don’t act above them. Damn.

Imagine the amount of terror, tragedy & loss that officer just prevented. Natural selection wins again.

There are also eyewitnesses saying he was unarmed.

Really??!!

You expected them to say, "Yes, he had a gun and pointed it at the police"

On what basis is anyone questing the action?

So he was armed, his brother was in the car armed. He is killed and mama shows up with the "my baby dinnndonuttin" and is handcuffed and escorted across the street.

Perhaps if she was raising them, instead of showing up 15 years later and bitching about the cops, this would not have happened.

MBI is leading the investigation. They usually don’t fold to pressure to release body cam videos. A neighboring agency is one of my clients. I was told that in the end it was a good shoot and officers are in the clear. If you point a gun at a cop good chance you’re going to end up worm food.

I think the officer chased a car similar to his the night before, the officer approached and the kid sort of flinched, evaded but this cop is in for a world of hurt. RIP young man.

That sounds like the kid in San Antonio who was lit up by a member of the SAPD. Did this kid die?

Are autopsies mandatory with police shootings? Just seems fricked up to cut up and mutilate the corpse when the cause of death is obvious.

engaged an armed suspect End of story.

Why is that the end of the story? What if the kid was packing heat and did not reach for it?

Literally? He doesn’t do anything else? He doesn’t eat, sleep or urinate? Clearly he posts on Tigerdroppings, so he must do SOMETHING else. Oh, I get it. Another stupid MFer who uses “literally” when he has no idea what it actually means.
