I can’t believe I have to say this but thank god for Mississippi. Good to see someone putting a stop to the destruction of women’s sports. In their state at least. Have any other states passed similar legislation?

I hope Alabama does the same... and passes legislation making it a sanctuary state for the 2A.

Ah, and the carpetbaggers will be coming down to try to find a trans kid so they can have the elusive standing to file suit.

Only tell executive branch personnel how to enforce the law. It’s a matter of interpretation and priorities. It doesn’t make law.

Mississippi, not the beacon of hope we expected, but the beacon of hope we need in these dark times.

Never get to say it but MS is absolutely killing it right now and is vaulting up the list of attractive states with this, being wide open from Covid, and changing the flag.

A little common sense goes a long way

Tennessee overwhelmingly passed a similar bill tonight as well. Requires you to compete in sports under the gender you were born

Here's where that can go wrong:

This is a biological female being forced to compete against girls in Texas. Should she really be forced to compete against girls?

Simple fix. Once they take testosterone they are not legally able to compete in any sports.

I mean wouldn't taking extra testosterone be considered performance enhancing?

Can't remember exactly who but I remember a baseball player getting suspended because he took an unapproved but over the counter cold medicine that happened to include very small doses of a banned PED.
