Yes. The same exact day she claimed the center had been closed for a week, the center bussed in children, slapped up a sign with fake business hours, and hosted the mainstream media.

Minnesota dcs has to claim no fraud happened. Because if they say anything else, then they are on the chopping block since a lot of that obvious fraud had to go through them in some capacity.
Pretty much every government entity in Minnesota will claim there's no fraud. Because no local government entity wants to be connected to it in any way.
If the local government entities give the fraud a free pass... then nothing will happen. Because local gov has a lot more manipulation power within their areas than the federal government has actual power in those areas.
