I want to see the officers report when they were called. I want to see what the violence was. Did moms wrist get twisted while the phone was being taken from her? That is very different than beating someone.

What is troubling is they both caught the charge which means he was physically involved as well.

Which is why I want to see the report. It could change this from an unfortunate family drama situation that got blown out of proportion to a serious offense that should be prosecuted or vice versa.
Regardless, the timing is very suspicious.

Mom made a complaint, the officer found it credible and turned it over to the DA, he brought it before a grand jury and she was indicted and will have to stand trial.
