What the frick happened to personal responsibility? That's kryptonite for Progressives I assume.
They could've stayed at home with their kids or they could've waited for the legal immigration process or they could've showed up at a port of entry and claimed asylum or they could've got a travel visa or a work visa.
Instead, they chose to break the law and endgager their children. They put their kids in danger. They should be punished for that. They can deal with the consequences.

If i try to bust through customs at an airport, i'm getting tackled and cavity searched and jailed. yet foreign people trespass and walk across our border illegally and get to sue for money? How the frick does that work? It's really racism towards someone like me who follows all the rules and pays all the taxes so our pussy judicial system can hand our money to foreigners. Court system needs a massive enema.

Just imagine the implications. Everyone from around the world could show up I'm Mexico, cross illegally, get free everything and, if detained, sue the government and get paid.
I just don't see how Democrats can deny that all this creates incentive to come to the US illegally

The lawyers should be disbarred and required to reimburse the American tax payers for wasting time and court resources for these sham lawsuits.
Break the law and then sue because of the punishment / consequences of your illegal actions had a negative impact on your children when you were detained and separated.
This is just asinine and a waste of time the courts should be using on legitimate cases.
