The only good thing is if you are actually willing to work your arse off you can make a lot of money. Businesses still need good people and no one wants to work.

I’m 57 and my brother is 61. We’ve been having this conversation for a while about socialism. We’ve fought against socialism our entire adult lives and it’s clear that the next generation is surrendering. They want it because quite frankly, they’re stupid and lazy.
We’ve pretty done everything and purchased all that we want or need in this life. Why not let these younger folks have their socialism and watch them suffer the result. They deserve what they get because again, they’re stupid and lazy.

Except the workers are having more and more of their money taken from. Eventually the money tree will run out and it will be more beneficial to just not work unless you are making over 70K. It is a slippery slope.

We do have semi-socialism already. But they are basically skipping over socialism and go directly to the end goal Of communism!

We're one, MAYBE two generations away from this country being a complete disaster area. I'm 53. I doubt me, you and your brother will be around to see it hit the fan. Our kids and grandkids will be though.
I'm FULLY aware it may be even quicker than I stated. I just believe the powers that be need more of us TRUE Americans to die off and be replaced by the kids they're indoctrinating now to be able to fully take over.

I completely agree with you. There are not enough patriotic young people to even be able to slow this down. We’ve already lost to progressivism.
I’ve already made up my mind that I will only vote for Trump or DeSantis in this next election (May the best man win). If it’s some other GOP establishment guy, I won’t even bother. I’m done because it’s pointless.

it seems to me that you, your brother and many upper age US citizens have not been paying attention to our "leaders" in Washington DC.
do you not realize that the communist have infiltrated our government at the highest level? well before you and your brother were born.

My brother, we were mere inches away from it during COVID. They backed off, but the premise is there and they aren’t letting COVID go away. Emergencies and mandates will be used to usher it in. Hell, our own governor said we need to give up our rights for the sake of others.
