The stupid fricker is trying to equate prosecutors coercing testimony and hanging 34 fraudulent felonies on a candidate for the White House to the POTUS pushing the DoJ to charge a guy for vandalism when multiple witnesses testify to that guy committing vandalism.

That user is an actual communist.

So we don't believe Michael Cohen when se says bad things about Trump but we do believe him when he says good things? Make it make sense.

Despite gator calling you astute…you’re not. You’re quite slow. It is clear that Cohen is not reliable. Yet the state relied greatly upon his testimony. It’s the states burden to provided proof beyond a reasonable doubt. They relied upon someone that is clearly not reliable for that proof. That makes sense to anyone with a triple digit IQ. Clearly you’re not part of that group.

IF the legal grounds for Cohen "recanting" existed, don't you think Trump's DOJ would have pounced on the New York prosecutorial scum as soon as Cohen's words became public?

Under which authority would Trump’s DOJ jump on a state court’s proceedings?

In the spirit of that, what leverage do you think the State of New York had over Cohen to suborn perjury?

Any number of things. It’s not hard to think of a way a state prosecutor could threaten a witness. Especially when that state prosecutor ran on “getting Trump.”

Dude what the frick would you refer to as an important matter if not this? I mean you might hate Trump but it's pretty fricking important if a local district attorney abuses their power to try to go after a president with extremely flimsy charges and coerced testimony. No I'm not sitting here telling you that I know for sure that's what happened but it would be fricking important if it did

Your claim is so easily proven false. You have to try to be this ignorant.

But yet you believed him when he fueled your TDS every time you told random people Trump was guilty of 34 felonies.

there is nothing to refute. You base your entire “point” on a false premise. You’re either a complete moron or intentionally disingenuous. No other option.

After being called out for minimizing the importance of malicious prosecution against a former POTUS the user's retort was essentially, "oh yeah, well you believe in Q!! Har har!"

That user is a communist trying to mount a defense for other communists who attempted to hijack our government.
