This really isn't even necessary. Simply tell close down all LEGAL traffic between the US and Mexico until Mexico actually contributes to stopping the illegal immigration. DONE AND DONE

Really, the whole problem is really pretty simple. Stop these thousands of illegal immigrants that have interred your country illegally and have spent the last week traveling all the way across your county to the US main land with expressed intent to evade US sovereignty.
