Prior to the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, the U.S. was 89% white. The same people that flooded Europe with non-whites did it to us, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada as well. It's a coordinated effort to crush white Christianity.

The short answer is because only some resources were abundant. It turns out those missing elements (domesticable draft animals, for example) are very important to progression beyond hunter-gatherers.
