WHO is telling the court a thing affects whether the court will issue the warrant or not.

"Look at this info the crackhead on the corner of 3rd and Vine gave us based on his researc" is probably not as likely to get a warrant as "look at what our investigators found with THEIR research".

This is a clear attempt to try to bring Mueller down.

What we are witnessing is tribal warfare where each side will do or say anything to discredit the other side.

The fact that 3 of the 4 people pushing back against Trump were appointed by Trump speaks volumes.

B/c FISA takes who pays for it seriously (due to bias) and want to know that info specifically when applying for a warrant. They (McCabe?) withheld it that info. That's just ONE thing.
