I think based on who the globalists are appointing to war related positions in the west that there are two options:
1) there is a coordinated effort underway to reduce the ability of those nations to defend themselves or project force effectively.
2) they’re trying to ensure that political operatives they control and who will do whatever they tell them are in charge of the military apparatus in case of an uprising.
Too many nations have someone like this in a similar role for this to be an accident or coincidence.
