Everyone, regardless of party, should be concerned with foreign interference. The Pumpkin is even saying it’s a problem lately.

Seems this is headed for a mistrial, no?
Seems more likely with each action the judge takes as an additional advocate for the defense.

He won’t dismiss this cas. That would be far too controversial.
BTW, tonight on WWL at 10, there’s supposedly a story on a Russian connection in N.O. Oligarchs and shite on St Charles Avenue. Woohoo

Everyone regardless of party should be concerned about the abuse of power.

Everyone regardless of party should be concerned about any political party actually fixing elections.

Everyone regardless of party should be concerned about “our” media being involved in fixing and “meddling” in elections.

Odds are against a directed verdict.
Maybe an n.o.v. given his attitude, but certainly not a directed verdict.

What does that have to do with Manafort's trial

He didn't collude with Russia? He didn't flip on Trump?

Are these mistakes or is the prosecution trying to slide stuff by hoping the judge doesn't catch it?
Very much the latter. Boundary pushing. Nothing more or less.

Everyone regardless of party should educate themselves o the history of Mueller and his henchmen.

How many lives and families have they destroyed by their abuse of power?

Please tell me again that Mueller is a well respected Republican.
Please say that again.

It's hard to imagine the prosecutors thought, even for a moment, they could slide this crap past the judge and the defense.

Strictly adhering to the rules of evidence is now being an advocate? I thought you were a litigator?

Not going to happen. He will make sure this is a fair trial, and that's exactly what he's doing; however, he will allow the trial to complete regardless of his political and personal beliefs. That's the sign of a good judge

It was obvious months ago that the “our” media picked a side and so did 100% of dems and a yuge # of Republicans.

So now a "conservative" leaning judge is considered picking a side? Where the hell were you during all these left-leaning judge's rulings?
