President Joe Biden plans to withdraw all U.S. troops from Afghanistan by Sept. 11, 2021, missing the May 1 deadline he inherited from the Trump administration, according to two congressional aides and a senior administration official briefed on the plans.

This guy is an enemy of the people. We have been at War for 20 years. The only grave mistake is having more than 2,300 American service members being killed in Afghanistan and over 20,000 wounded since the conflict began.

U.S. Senate (1985–present) He is a career politician.

Pretty sure I've seen this movie before... it ended with everyone having a shite fit over Trump wanting to bring troops home.

First thing I noticed was the date Biden wants us out by, why the hell would he choose that date? Let me rephrase that, why would he be dumb enough to choose that date, I already know why he wants to use that date, I just don't think he comprehends the golden opportunity he's giving AQ and the Taliban. He is giving them the ultimate chance at effective propaganda to recruit on, kicking our tails on the way out, exactly 20 years after bringing down the Towers. I can almost guarantee they will go all out that day to send a message as we leave. I don't say that to say we should stay there, but I just wish they'd be smarter about how they leave. Even when I was there back in 2004 - 05 I knew we weren't fighting that war correctly, and we had no reason to be there more than a couple of years. That country and people, is not capable of being run by a central government so I never understood the nation building thing there.

I'm more irritated by Biden's "Sept 11 2021" date. I loathe moronic symbolism like that. Though I do support Biden's choice of pulling our forces out.

He’s actually pushing back Trump’s May 1 withdrawal date, so good luck with him actually pulling out like he should have done with Hunter’s mom.

Biden will never remove our troops from that shithole unless it is to move them to another shithole for a different war.
